UNIFY Financial Credit Union selected Tanco to deliver their new Huntington Beach location — a 8,500 SF tenant improvement combining a contemporary member services branch with an integrated back-office and administrative center. Tanco’s scope included full MEP systems, custom teller counter millwork, vault installation, premium retail-quality finishes, and integrated security and IT infrastructure.
The project was completed to financial institution standards, including FDIC-compliant vault construction and ADA-accessible design throughout. Delivered on time and within budget, the branch opened without delay and was recognized by UNIFY leadership for its quality of finish and operational readiness from day one.
