An expanded outpatient behavioral health facility for Pacific Neuropsychiatric Specialists — providing greater access to psychiatric and neurological care services across Southern California.
As a follow-on engagement for Pacific Neuropsychiatric, Tanco delivered an 18,000 SF behavioral health and outpatient psychiatry facility for the Specialists division. The project significantly expanded the organization’s clinical capacity, adding group therapy rooms, expanded diagnostic suites, telehealth consultation rooms, and a staff wellness and collaboration area.
The facility was designed to support a multi-disciplinary care model, requiring MEP infrastructure to support diverse clinical uses within a single floor plate. Tanco managed the project from design-assist through final commissioning, ensuring every system was verified operational prior to the licensing inspection and patient intake commencement.
