Tanco delivered a ground-up Shake Shack restaurant in Palm Desert — part of the brand’s continued California expansion. The 3,100 SF building features the brand’s signature architectural vocabulary: warm wood panels, custom tile, and open kitchen design. Tanco managed full MEP systems, commercial kitchen build-out, drive-through lane infrastructure, and exterior patio construction within the desert climate environment.
