Tanco delivered a 14,500 SF WSS Shoe Store tenant improvement in Inglewood, transforming a vacant anchor box into a fully operational, brand-standard footwear retail environment. Tanco managed full MEP, new flooring systems, custom racking and display infrastructure, fitting areas, stockroom build-out, and exterior signage and façade upgrades consistent with the WSS national brand identity.
WSS operates at high volume — the store design must be both visually compelling and operationally efficient. Tanco’s team delivered the Inglewood location within the brand’s construction schedule, allowing WSS to open on their target date in this high-priority Southern California market.
