Tanco completed a high-quality tenant improvement for a major professional services firm at the Bixby Business Center in Long Beach. The 42,000 SF scope included_full demolition of the prior tenant shell, new open-plan office layout, modernized conference and collaboration zones, premium millwork and finishes, upgraded HVAC zoning, and state-of-the-art AV infrastructure throughout.
The project required careful coordination with building management to_ensure common-area integrity was maintained during active construction.
