Following the interior tenant improvement, Tanco was re-engaged by Bixby to execute a full exterior renovation and façade upgrade. The work encompassed storefront glassreplacement, new architectural cladding panels, updated hardscape and landscaping, parking lot reconfiguration, and monument signage — all aimed at elevating the property’s competitive positioning in the Long Beach office market.
Exterior work was performed_without disrupting the daily operations of existing tenants, which required early-morning and weekend scheduling for noisy or disruptive activities. Tanco delivered the exterior renovation within the $3.1M budget and completed it in time for the property’s planned broker tour and re-leasing campaign.
