A full-scale craft brewery and taproom build-out for Hangar 24 — combining production brewing infrastructure with a premium guest experience in Southern California.
Hangar 24 Craft Brewery engaged Tanco to deliver their 22,000 SF brewery and public taproom — one of Southern California’s most recognized regional craft beer brands. Tanco’s scope included the full production facility infrastructure (floor drains, specialized plumbing, CO2 systems, and glycol cooling loops) as well as the design-forward taproom space featuring reclaimed materials, a custom bar, and event space capable of hosting large private events.
The dual nature of the project — industrial production environment alongside a hospitality-focused public space — required Tanco to manage two distinct construction philosophies simultaneously. The project was delivered on time and became a flagship venue for the Hangar 24 brand within their Southern California home market.
