Tanco delivered a 24,000 SF flex-office tenant improvement for Tailored Space — a contemporary shared workspace operator serving Southern California’s growing hybrid-work market. The scope included modular private office suites, collaborative lounge areas, premium kitchen and café buildout, high-density meeting rooms with integrated AV, and upgraded HVAC for independent zone control across multiple tenant configurations.
The design intent called for a hospitality-grade aesthetic that could be adapted for varying tenant mix over time. Tanco worked closely with the operator and their interior design team to deliver a space that balances flexibility with finish quality — completing the project ahead of Tailored Space’s planned opening date.
