WSS Shoe Store in Baldwin Park — a full tenant improvement delivering a high-energy retail experience for the popular athletic footwear brand in the San Gabriel Valley.
Following the success of the Inglewood location, WSS engaged Tanco for the Baldwin Park store — a 12,800 SF tenant improvement in the San Gabriel Valley market. Scope included complete interior demolition and rebuild, new mechanical systems, brand-standard flooring and feature walls, integrated POS and security infrastructure, and full exterior refresh with new WSS signage.
Tanco applied lessons learned from the Inglewood project to deliver the Baldwin Park store with improved efficiency — achieving substantial completion ahead of schedule and within the approved construction budget. The store opened to strong first-week sales, and WSS project leadership recognized Tanco for their consistency across multiple locations.
